    Preloaded game not launching


    We purchased (last year for Christmas) our xbox one with Minecraft preinstalled. It stopped launching about a month or so ago. When we try to open the game, it will flash for a second then go back to the main screen. I have restarted the console, held
    down the started bottom, restarted my internet and I think something else. Any advise on what else I can do? Can I delete the game and reinstall without the disk (don’t have one since the game came preloaded with the game). I’m not tech savy so I don’t know
    what I should do. Thanks

    Preload isnt live yet. The 100mb file is just a place holder showing you pre ordered the game. The preload should be out today or 2mor its always a few days before launch.

    I believe you can delete and re-install from the Microsoft store. The license for the game should be linked to your console or profile on the console.

    But why can i buy the games on smartglass with my Gamertag on Switzerland?

    The real Problem is no Preload in Switzerland, then Sunset Overdrive and CoD Advanced Warfare will be avaiable at Launch in Switzerland.

    But why let Microsoft people in Switzerland dont preload the Games?

    I can set my Xbox One on Austria and Download the Games with my Switzerland Gamertag, but this should not be normal. Normal should be Preload my Games on Xbox One with setting Switzerland.

    Unless a game specifically allows you to preload the game before launch date you will only be able to download it on the release day at around 12AM.
