Tenure Problem

Hey Preloadd! I can confirm that the '1' you're seeing is correct. Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your
tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished. Once you hit 2 full years of Xbox LIVE Gold you'll be back up to that '2'!

 

I have multiple friends who have already pre loaded the full game but mine will still not download the full game rly annoyed they're in the same country using the same hardware but still my file size is only 100mbs and theirs is 13.7 gbs

 

This worked for me: -

1. If you've already got it installed (the 108 MB placeholder file), uninstall it on your console.

2. In the Store app on Windows 10, search for the game, then on its product page hit the "Install on Xbox One" button.

Obviously this assumes that you've pre-ordered the game and that the Xbox you want to install the game on is set as your home console.

Every time I deleted and reinstalled the game on the console itself it would just give me the 108 MB placeholder file again. I'm not sure why this method works, but I saw someone post it on Reddit and it worked for me, but obviously YMMV and it may not work
for you.
