    Trying to work out why these are offered as seems to be a commn issue with store on launch. predownloaded and store goes down at 12:02 to stop people patching to play? Seems like wasre of time downloading in advance

    Disney Infinity 3.0 Digital Release?

    This is on Disney, not MS. Disney (or the game's publisher) needs to make this available for MS to sell on the marketplace. I'm surprised Disney never even allowed this to be preordered/predownloaded.

    I think depends on the publisher. You maybe able to predownload it but not play it.
