Predatory False Advertising?

I have an shortcut on my dashboard saying 'Your gold is expiring' which directs to an 20% off deal for 12months XBL if renewed before my subscription expires in "30 days".

This caused me to double take and come to the billing and subscription services section to check that...yep, my gold membership isn't due to expire until April 2017.

So what is this crap? Looks a lot like predatory advertisements designed to panic people into buying time they don't need. How do I report malicious advertisements?

So there are animal AI in the map editor? Is it possible to create a map with a bunch of predatory animals and AI humans for a bit of man versus wild fun?

MS, still no official statement? Do you offer no protection for your gamers from predatory software practices? I know there is supposed to be an investigation ongoing but we would love to hear anything at all.

Pretty much no one from Microsoft or Xbox comes here, it's just us Gamers.

As for your issue, it doesn't sound as bad as you are portraying it. Sounds more like a simple Glitch.

What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.

you see, your trying to compare Skate 3 on the Xbox One and Skate 3 on the Xbox 360, they are different things.

If you want it why not buy it on the Xbox One?

Of course its misleading at a glance, its done on purpose.All the info is there though, so always read the fine print.
