    having problems with the precision trgeting manual. I have bought it and it says i have it but it is not lit up on my skill tree and says i am one skill short. Anyone know how to rectify this?

    Multiplayer training manual ：precision targeting

    Precision Targeting can be purchased from the safe houses. The only one I have found as a pick up item in the mall was in the sports shop called Home Runners. This was the Evasion training manual.

    how do i get the thieves to lure people away

    It seems that I do am having the same issue. The control manual states to target the enemy and then press B. But it does not show lure it shows stop. I am guessing it's a glitch in the game that they will have to fix.

    Do i really S*ck that bad??

    Eh, give it another week and you'll be alright.

    And the snap-to-target feature only works when the target is very close to the center of the ADS.

    Otherwise you'll have to manually correct it.
