Preacher season 2 episode 5 (audio off w/ picture)

I have purchased the season pass for the AMC TV series Preacher but the latest episode (5: Dallas) does not seem to be playing properly. The problem starts right away with a high pitched tone similar to that of a dead tone on a telephone but amplified x10.
It then goes to no sound followed later by the dialog that should be playing from the start. The episode was released on Monday, July, 17th and I have given it a day to fix and no signs of it has improved. Again, I am only having this problem with this show.
The rest of my films and TV are unaffected as well as anything I rent.

The episodes of preacher are missing under the show link

I too am having issues with preacher episodes not being available even though I purchased the season pass. I had a friend who hasn't purchased them check to see if the episodes were available for purchase on their account. But only the pilot and 2 featurettes
were available.

 

same here....exact same issue. Tried rebooting, hard reboot, closing app restarting...nothing works

 

Same problem here. I thought it was part of the episode but I turned CC on and subtitles for the dialogue that was out of sync was showing.
