    Pre Sequel Loading Problems


    I have a brand-new shiny copy of Borderlands Pre Sequel, but the Xbox won't recognize the game. When I click "play game" from the dashboard, it disconnects me from live, then reconnects and boots me to dashboard. If I go into game properties to install,
    it brings up the first game already installed on the 360. I already tried the systems cache wipe, the opening of router ports, and the profile download. Any other ideas?

    Go to Gearbox Software and register with them maybe they can help out. Good luck

    Sounds to me like you have a corrupt file in your HDD, look for (!) Icons in all of your Borderlands game saves and delete them and redo the cache clean. If none backup all your hard drive files and do a format, its a advanced and annoying process if you're
    not sure how to read the support page because it deletes everything hopefully you won't have to do this if its just a corrupt BL file.

    If your disc drive isn't reading the disc, either your disc drive is on the way out, or there is a fault with the disc itself.
