    Pre-purchased game, xbox store wants me to pay for the game twice


    I've pre-purchased Evolve from a 3party. I got the code, entered it on xbox.com and got successfully entered it and validated for Evolve.

    However, when I go to my xbox console the download does not start, and when I look at the "ready to install" section, but the game is not to be seen there either.

    Does anybody else have experience with pre-purchasing games? Does the store page on the console say that you own the game? (in my case it say I have to pay 60$)..

    Dues Ex online purchases?

    Twice now I have purchased something at the Xbox online store for this game, and neither item has ever showed up in the game. What should I do? Call the credit card company and refuse to pay those charges?

    Please get back to me on this.

    DLC not downloading

    I pre-ordered a game for Xbox one with DCL content and the content was never installed and it wants me to buy the DLC content again plus the price of the game again. how can I redeem the DLC I've already purchased with out having to buy the same
    game and DLC twice

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     It's possible the card could have been a code to add money to your account that you would need to use to purchase the game from the marketplace.

    You'll need to try contacting support then. Once you enter the code on the website, that should trigger an automatic download on your console. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Killer instinct just launched on steam on PC from xbox studios

    If you want to play the game from Steam, then you will have to pay for it, as you are using a different service to get the game. So you have to pay for it.

    As for paying for it twice. You don't have to pay for it twice, if purchasing the digital version. The game is a play anywhere game that means you purchase once on Windows, get it free on Xbox, and vice versa.

    There is sonething they can do for a single account. Allow me to purchase it a second time on the same acct and refund the transaction. Otherwise they want me to pay twice for the same game on a single acct. Preview sucks!!!! Great job xbox team!!!!
