pre-paid xbox card - activation on the wrong account

Hello,

I have accidentally activated a pre-paid xbox card on the wrong account. I would like to use it for purchasing on a different account. Is this possible?

Pre Paid Card cannot activate i dont got error code or something i talked to a support guy in chat he could not help what is wrong with the activation ?

Hello! you can proceed to make a refund here doing the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
3. Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.
