pre paid minecraft 35 dollar gift card

i bought myself a 35 dollar Minecraft gift card to add to my game. it has been almost 2 months of me trying to add it to my acct, keeps re directing me to other places to redeem it. i am getting very frustrated on
this issue, i have sent numereous emails ect to ALL parties,,,Mojang and Minecraft, with of course NO replies. so social media is next, 35 dollars may not be much to some people, but it is the principal of the issue. at least give a responce, im giving 1 more
month of waiting {cause i do love playing} after that i will be deleating my account.....

What's the error you're receiving when you try to redeem the code?

And have you tried contacting support directly? They have not used an email for years.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We would need to know a few more details in order to better assists you with this issue. What device are you playing Minecraft on? Where did you purchase this code? Was it a scratch off, or printed on the receipt?

How long is that code you are trying to redeem (redeemable Xbox codes are 25 digits long, 5x5)? Is there any redeeming instructions on the code you have?

For example, some codes have a website to go redeem the code. This website would then give you a code that is redeemable on your specific device.

Gift cards do not work for Xbox Live, you need to buy an Xbox Live pre paid subscription card.
