Pre paid game not received, shows completed how do I get in touch with someone to resolve?

With such cases, I would suggest signing out and back in to your account then check again. If the issue persist, you can request a refund for the game following the steps below:

1. Go to Request a refund. Be sure to sign in from the account used to make the purchase
   
2. See if your purchase is listed under Purchases that may qualify for a refund.
   
3. If you see your purchase listed, select that order number and click Request refund at the bottom of the list.
   

After you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the Support team within 72 hours.

To track the status of your refund request, check your order history.

How do I get in touch with someone. The problem is persisting and you should be able to go back to history and see this this fraud. It seems like the hackers have figured out your system and we're all paying for it. There has to be something you can do to help. We never received one email stating that someone requested to change his email. How can this happen? we only received it once the person had access to his account. How do I escalate this? I feel that someone should be able to verify that this is not my son on his account. Please help me please with getting in touch with someone. Thanks

I have the same problem. I've completed the game, and have not received neither a single achievement for completing the game. I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 Insider. Have someone figured out what do we have to make things work? Before someone
