Pre-Paid Download Issue

was the dlc part of a bundle (deluxe or collector's edition) or bought separately (season pass)?

if you bought the dlc separately then it could be the way pre-orders work. your credit card isn't charged until 10 days before release and if there are insufficient funds at that time, the pre-order is cancelled at no charge.

you can check to see if the purchase went through and was charged by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

if the order went through try power cycling your Xbox by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds then unplugging the power from the wall socket for 2 minutes to clear the cache then look for the game in your ready to install list or in the
store.

if it doesn't appear in your ready to install list or it only gives the option to buy
in store then you will need to contact billing support https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

have the order number and payment details to hand when you do this.

DLC was part of bundle and was only thing that downloaded. I'll get a hold of em. Thank you.

There is a simple solution to this issue if you do not wish to use a credit/debit card. Buy pre-paid cards. That way you won't have to worry about being charged at the end of each subscription term. You would just have to remember
to buy another pre-paid card.

FYI, pre-paid cards can be stacked up to 36 months.

Not sure if this is your issue, but Xbox marketplace often will not accept "pre-paid" cards.

Pre-paid MS cards and gold memberships!!!!!! Any issues will be eliminated!
