    Pre paid credit problems


    hi so yesterday I went to my local game retailer to purchase destiny the taken king only to be told they had sold out. The guy behind the counter said I should purchase £55 of pre paid cards so I could buy destiny from the Xbox store. So I get home put the
    codes in and it shows I have £55 balance. I then go to buy destiny and all I keep getting is error please try again or contact support. i then tried to purchase with my bank card to which it worked first time. (Stupid me) so now I have my copy of destiny and
    also £55 of credit sitting there doing nothing. Can someone please tell me where I have gone wrong???

    Xbox Live will not Accept my credit card number

    People who use credit/debit cards seem to have more problems than people who use pre-paid cards. I have used PPC since 2007 and have had no issues.

    Not saying anyone would steer you wrong, but we all know people can benefit from other's misfortune.

    Thanks but I have tried the link time and time again but it just takes me in circles. Is there a actual phone number I can call??

    I just don't understand why I cannot purchase games from the store. It's like someone upstairs is saying jog on mate

    Does it give you an option to change the way you pay because when I pay I can select to use my card or Microsoft balance

    Yes I get that option. I can either pay with my bank card or Microsoft balance. Hence I payed for destiny with my bank card first time because it wouldn't let me pay with my Microsoft balance.
