    Pre paid codes


    Recently I bought a xbox live subscription from my local game store and when I got home it said the code had already been redeemed, I went back to the store and asked for a refund and they said that they could only refund me if I contacted the team to know
    when the code was refunded.

    I've tried to contact through xbox chat support and it always says it's offline. I have checked every day almost every hour.

    I really need help from Microsoft.

    Pre paid codes can be added to extend a gold sub,free trials can't. A free trial isn't a pre paid code.

    Are you trying to renew your subscription with a credit card or Pre Paid Code ? And the gold your currently on that is due to end on the 19th was it purchased with a Credit card or Pre Paid Code ?
