    I entered a code on my computer and it hasn't come up on my Xbox 1, I can't buy the codes because both of them were pre order bonuses

    Pre paid codes can be added to extend a gold sub,free trials can't. A free trial isn't a pre paid code.

    What was the code for? You need to be specific so we can help you.

    If it was for DLC then you have to go to the Store and find the item so you can Install it.

    The codes were for watchdogs and spiderman pre order bonuses that aren't on the store

    So I presume they are in-game bonuses. Have you been able to search through the games to see if they've been unlocked? I know that the WatchDogs bonuses will have to be unlocked through the Uplay App.

    I entered my pre-order codes on the computer to save time on my limited internet session with the my xbox 360. they were accepted but aren't showing on my download queue

    Are you trying to renew your subscription with a credit card or Pre Paid Code ? And the gold your currently on that is due to end on the 19th was it purchased with a Credit card or Pre Paid Code ?
