Pre-Paid code has already been used but I never redeemed it.

I pre ordered battlefield 1 and Xbox gave me a one month ea access trial and when I redeemed it it told me it's already been used. What do I do?

How do I get a new code? I never redeemed my code.

 

XBOX 360 Pre-paid code has already been redeemed.

Redeeming the code, means you got the license for the game, and you can redownload it. Go to your "Settings" tab, then select "Account", then select "Download History", and then click on the game and re-download it. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find
the game over there. Just scroll down if you don't see it at the start. Or if you don't want any confusion, you can search up the game on the Xbox Store, and see if it says "Download Again".
