    Hello, my name is Joao, im from Brazil and i have bought Battlefield 3 Premium on a big game store here on Brazil. I used the redeem code option on my xbox 360 but when i put and confirm the code, appear a message saying invalid code. i have already came
    back to the store (saraiva) and they gave me a new code and the message appears. also, i already requested help on Battlefield 3 site but they said me to request help here. Sorry for my bad english. thankss

    Pre-Paid Card not working.

    I would suggest calling the billing department of Xbox Customer Support. If it is showing up as "Gold Member" but you can't access any of the gold member features, then there may be an issue with the account.

    -

    When you call, You can give them the code off of the pre-paid card, and they can verify if it was put on your account correctly or not.

    Not all pre-paid debit cards work on Xbox Live. Indeed, not all pre-paid cards allow online purchases. You may need to check with the card issuer to see if online purchases are blocked.
