    hi i put a pre paid £15 code on my account last night and it has yet to be added to my account . could you plz explain why - and if not how do i go about getting yous to refund me?

    I contacted the support line around 2 and a half hours ago, I alerted them to this ongoing issue and they are working vigorously to solve it.

    Go to ea and provide proof of purchase and they will give you the points thats what they did for me
