Sorry to hear about the code redemption issues. If you are continuing to experiencing this issue, please check on commerce.microsoft.com to
verify if your prepaid code has been successfully redeemed. If your prepaid code does not show as redeemed, please send me a private message with the following information:

1. The gamertag you redeemed the code on.
2. The code that you redeemed.
3. The date you redeemed the code.
4. Where you redeemed the code (console or website)?
5. What region are you located in?
