Pre-orders Limited Edition Halo Infinite Series X Console

Why do you even bother to put a new product up for pre-order when you know every single limited edition unit is going to end up on a scalper's shelf? Did you even try to think of a way to get some of these into the hands of actual fans and long time customers? I have been buying from Microsoft since 1992. Shouldn't 29 years of patronage get me at least a reasonable chance to pre-order a new console. Is your marketing team dumb or do they enjoy spitting in the faces of long time customers? Did they actually think this would be any different than the original launch last November?

The consoles have purchase limits per account, it is not possible to buy multiple consoles with one account and it is not possible to give any kind of advantage to a customer.

And due to the pandemic and gigantic lack of components necessary for the manufacture of electronics, it is difficult to have a large stock to serve the entire world.

Given how quickly pre-orders sold out, the general state of Series X (non-Halo) availability and the fact it's a Limited Edition...I would be surprised if it went on general sale at all. I highly doubt that MS can produce enough to satisfy pre-order demand by the 15th

I paid 1k for the limited edition and it doesn’t work properly, whenever I try to open halo Infinite, the Xbox glitches out and shuts off, please help I spent so much on a perfectly new untouched Xbox series x limited edition

I just want to take a moment, and thank Microsoft for actually listening to me, and allowing me to order the Halo Infinite edition Xbox Series X console!
