Pre orders and cancels. Black desert online

I did take phots of all the emails gms sent me when i tried to figure out what happened and then demanding i buy the deluxe yet never explaining why.

Ill keep this short recently ran into a issue with black desert online. I pre ordered the deluxe version of the game before the game came out i canceled the pre order of the deluxe and instead got the pre order of the ultimate version the more expensive
of the two.

Few days ago they suspended my account and demanded i buy the deluxe again. Come to find out there stance is no refunds ever period. After re checking i did get both packages in game in my opinion thats there fault not mine i clearly canceled before the
game was out and before they ever could or would send the packages in game. Pretty much everything in the packages i still had on me never used them since the ultimate came with better stuff and also i was saving them all for the release of the class i wanted
to play.

So to continue to play they forced me to re buy the deluxe and told me the items i got from that i was not to use or id get banned.

Shouldnt x box enforce its rules on the manner xbox is clear before a game comes out you can cancel the pre order no questions asked no problem on there end.

Also they waited a month to do this so they knew getting a refund now from x box for the 100 copy would be like pulling teeth.

How is it a game on x boxes platform is allowed to do this? I got extorted to play a game i enjoy due to there tech issues not mine. Yes i see how some people can abuse this and i have seen how others got the 100 pack then canceled and switched to the 10
thats jacked up but till imo on them if they dont have a way of canceling orders before they go threw thats there coding issue not the customers.
