Pre ordering Xbox one games

So i have just pre ordered forza horizon 4 ultimate edition. After i have “made the purchase” i cannot remove the debit card off my xbox. I would like to know why and if there is a way to get the money taken out of my account for the game so i can remove
my card off the xbox

I see there are points for pre ordering games. I want to know are there points for pre ordering the xbox one x.

 

Day ONE DLC

Those DLC's only come with the Xbox One Day One Edition, not by Pre-Ordering the specific game. Pre Order Xbox One Day One Edition and you will get all of those DLC's.

 

When you pay with a card, you're not actually charged until about 10 days before the game is released which is why you have to keep your card on file. The only way to have payment removed immediately is by paying with your Microsoft account balance. So you
could cancel your current pre-order in order to remove your card, and then get an Xbox gift card to add money to your account and pay that way.

When pre-ordering a game, when the payment is applied depends on the payment option used. If you use currency on your account, it will be applied immediately. If you use a credit/debit card you won't be charged until about 10 days before the game release.
You won't be able to remove your card until after that time unless you change the payment option.
