    pre-ordering reward credits


    i pre-ordered cod infinate warfare over a week ago from the online store i have checked my xbox live reward credits and and i haven't yet recieve'd them yet, as it says on the website you get credits for pre-ordering games

    When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



    Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to receive Credits.

    Preordered Forza Motorsport 7 on Sept. 19. Have not received 5000 bonus rewards credits...

    That purchase would count towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

    Forza 7

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.

    I haven't received my Forza 7 credits

    Hi BoldCougar26. Since your pre-order was made prior to the offer period, it was only eligible for the keys, not the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders made during the offer period received both keys and Credits.
