Pre ordering games

Hi how does pre loading games work ? When i preorded fh2 and state of decay they stayed in the queue at 99% and when it was release day at 12.01 it forced me to download the full game again

Do you get rewards for pre ordering the xbox one x

I see there are points for pre ordering games. I want to know are there points for pre ordering the xbox one x.

No rewards for pre-ordering digital copies of games???

Why do you only get reward points for pre-ordering a physical copy of a game and not for pre-ordering a digital copy...? Doesn't seem right.

It should download the full game and then let it sit until the release date. If the console is stopping the download at 99% and then redownloading there may be an issue. Try deleting the pre-order and redownloading it after power cycling the console.

I preordered Black osp 3 on the Xbox Store on my Xbox one console and wanted to know if the beta acces comes with and when beta comes out i will get to play it or if i should get an email for a beta code? Because i didnt get a confirmation email either!
Please help! ;(

You only get pre order bonuses by pre-ordering certain games. By pre-order I mean ordering them before the game is released. It is not possible to pre-order a game that is already out which would be the case for all backwards compatible games.

It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a pre-order. With a game pre-order all you need to do is cancel the current pre-order and then pre-order again with the correct card. There is no way of modifying a pre-order once it is
made.

I would like to play Titanfall soon. I thought it was coming around launch but then I read an article saying June 2014. I did however plan on the PC version of that game.

Some of these are games that me and my wife will play together which makes them a must. I have not seen a whole lot in terms of games coming this fall for 360. I have GTAV, Lost Planet 3, and XCOM Declassified pre-ordered. I also have Beyond: Two Souls
and Tales of Xillia pre-ordered.
