    Pre-ordering Forza Horizon 5 problem


    Hello everyone!

    Recently I started having problem while trying to pre-order Forza Horizon 5, problem being that when I try to confirm it it says:" Oops, not sure what happened here. Try again later.". Also, recently I updated my billing info (both account adress, and credit card too), and they match completely. I am not sure anymore what to do with account info or credit card info, I have several adresses but I added now actual one. Can that adress change be source of my problems?

    I've got Forza pre-ordered, downloaded and ready to go......question is will the current issues with Forza 5 carry over to Horizon and make the game unplayable :(

    Switch pre-order from Xbox to PC

    If it's a Play Anywhere title like, for example, Forza Horizon 5, then it doesn't matter which platform you pre-order it from as the same purchase can be downloaded on either.

    If it's not, then you'd need to cancel the Xbox version pre-order and then pre-order the PC version
