Pre-ordering a game through xbox.com

Hey,

my question is: if I pre-order a game (FIFA 16), do I get the disc as well or just its digital download version (only the redeem code)?

Also, will the game be only in english or will I be able to choose whetherI want a different language as well?

I hope I asked correctly, and you all understand what I mean, haha .

Try a different payment option?

Im trying to pre order Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and im getting an error. I tried using a credit card and paypal but still the same error, I also tried pre ordering through Xbox.com but even that wouldnt work. I dont know what to do anybody please help?

 

i live in canada but when i try to pre-order the xbox one it says i live in europe

There should be an option to change the currency to Canadian Dollars. Where are you pre ordering the xbox one from. Is it from xbox.com or a different website. Please only name the place you are pre ordering from not the full link.

 

From xbox.com it's a digital download only.

The language options depend on the games and your region. The description for the games should list the languages the game supports. Some games will also have a separate option to change language in the menu options.

I checked the game (FIFA 16) on the xbox.com site translated based on my region etc., however there isn't a single word in the description of the game about the language. I bought FIFA 14 in a local store and it had the languages highlighted but it would
be my first time pre ordering it so I'm not sure about it. That's why I'm asking

 

I haven't played any of the FIFA games so I'm not sure exactly how those work with languages. The digital versions work the same way as the discs though. So unless EA just decides to make a change with the languages, they should work about the same as they
did for FIFA 14.

 

That's the point, the language depends (or it did depend) on the region you buy the game in. If you bought it in England, there were some languages like English, German, French etc., but if you bought it in Czech Republic, there was one more language, Czech.

 

The question was answered by a support member. If you pre-order a game, you don't receive a disc version of it, only the digital download version.

About the languages, he told me that it depends on the game. For FIFA, Czech is available
