Pre-ordered Unravel - haven't received avatar item

Hi! I pre-ordered Unravel and have the Microsoft Purchase Confirmation email from 2/8 at 9:16 that proves so. I haven't received the free avatar item yet.

I read the 'read here first' and see that sometimes it takes 6-8 weeks but I've also seen that these codes have already gone out to people.

What steps can I take to receive the item?

Hi! I haven't received any responses to my PMs (with screenshot) or received any codes yet. I've now receive the 'Xbox Forum Support Survey' email but I don't have any resolution to this yet. Please let me know what additional steps I need to take here.

you would have needed to pre-order Unravel before 2/9. Sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused.

I can send you a new screenshot that includes when I received the email. That and my purchase history say 2/9 but I purchased the game and received the receipt on 2/8 at 6:16 EST. If Microsoft bills the next day for some reason - I'm not sure what I can
do about that?
