We see that only made two purchases for this offer that qualified, Far Cry 5 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Pre-Order Bundle. Since this offer required three eligible purchases during the offer period in order to complete the offer, you did not meet these
requirements since you only had two out of three eligible purchases. Investigating further, the only other purchase that we could see causing confusion is the title Monster Hunter World, which was purchased after release and was not a pre-order.
