Pre ordered the game but no special content

If you purchased Dragon Ball from the Xbox Store digitally, this content is automatically provided in game, and not sent as a code. Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller,
and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install' section for any DLC. Once the pre-order pack is installed, you will need to unlock the content in-game.

With some game developers, pre-order content, or special premium content, is available only to the account that actually made the purchase. This content may not be available to share with other accounts. The COD games are frequently like this.

Not every game has to release the pre-order stuff, and lets think about it.. This is actually there FIRST GAME to have DLC from SE or CE. Yes, they might do the Blimp because that IS the ONLY pre-order. All the other stuff isnt, its special and collectors
edition. So pretty much sayin, they can do it, or wont do it. Theres a difference between pre-order and special/collectors edition content.

Ultimately that is something that is up to the publishers/developers as they are the ones who make the agreements on what gets sold where for a pre-order and what is added to the marketplace. I do understand wanting to be able to buy the content after
the fact, but at the same time the pre-order content is meant to be something special.

I hope we can pre order disc versions of the digital content like we were originally. I want the special cases, etc.., but want my games to be digital.
