    Pre-ordered the game South Park 2 and should go free the first part of South Park, but it is not. Why?

    Hey fadednplayen -

    According to
    Ubisoft    , if you pre-order the game on Xbox, you will receive a code for South Park: The Stick of Truth at launch of The Fractured But Whole.

    Apologies for any frustration this may cause.

    Anyone else disappointed that Southpark Stick of Truth isn't available for the One?

    UPS just dropped mine off, pre-order bonus code entered, installing and then it's South Park here I come :)

    I believe if you use a credit card the charge doesn't go through right away. If someone uses MS currency already in their account it is taken right away thus they would receive Stick of Truth right away.

    bowski477,I don't think that's accurate that you can't download it until your card gets charged since someone I know already got it and HyruleBalverine said they were able to download it.

    HyruleBalverine, I did try to go directly to the store and download it but was not able to.

    If you were charged already for the preorder you would have received Stick of Truth. However if the Store has not charged you yet, it will shortly before the games launch. Then you will receive the game. Check your purchase history to be sure.
