Pre-ordered South Park

Hello I did not receive south park the stick of truth after I pre-ordered south park the fractured but whole. I was told to contact you from my promotion offer on the pre-order

Pre-ordered the game South Park 2 and should go free the first part of South Park, but it is not. Why?

I Pre ordered South Park™: The Fractured but Whole™ Gold Edition didn't get South Park™: The Stick of Truth ™ and can't download it in the xbox store.

 

The game should show as free to purchase if you've already been charged for the order. If you have not been charged yet (purchased by credit card), it should show as free closer to the release date when you are actually charged.

 

I've been charged for my pre-order yet I have not been able to download The Stick of Truth. What's the issue?

 

I have the same issue I have the pre order but no way of downloading the stick if truth bever received it
