Pre ordered south park fractured but whole and didnt get free stick of truth download

I pre ordered the new south park game on septermber 4th and didnt receive the free download for stick of truth like my friends and many others did. curious if anybody has any insight on this or ideas as to what i can do about it

I pre-ordered South Park The Fractured But Whole and I haven't recieved the code to get my free copy of South Park The Stick of Truth. My indication code is1345298554.

 

Did you pre-order the game as a digital download, or the physical disc version?

For digital download pre-orders, the code should be immediately sent to you after you pre-order.

For physical game pre-orders, the code will be included with the actual game at launch date.

I per ordered it through the Xbox store. I've had friends who did it and got the game just fine. I've even talked to Microsoft and ubisoft to no avail. Microsoft told me to wait till the end of the week and then contact them again but I per ordered this
thing two plus weeks ago

Yeah but that's not true though. If you pre order it through the store like GameStop, you have to wait. But my friend just LITERALLY pre ordered it himself through Xbox store like I did and he got a download for stick of truth almost immediately. He already
has all achievements done lol. So its not a wait till launch thing

Okay but my friend bluetiara24 per ordered it, with a debit card, just like me. And he already has the Xbox one stick of truth and all the achievements. So either he got it before he was suppose too, or I'm being *** lol

For information on how to get The Stick of Truth for pre-ordering on Xbox One, your best bet will be to check out the page linked in Mister Maka's post where it states you will have access to the game on the launch of The Fractured But Whole.
