Pre Ordered Sea of Thieves Can't download Beta

Discus and support Pre Ordered Sea of Thieves Can't download Beta in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I preordered sea of thieves and downloaded the insider app and I don't have the option to download the test scale beta for sea of thieves.     I preordered sea of thieves and downloaded the insider app and I don't have the option to download the test scale beta for sea of thieves. Please help asap.

    i just digitally pre ordered sea of thieves, am I gonna get access to the beta or am I too late?

    I pre ordered the sea of thieves black dog closed beta, and do not have the email with the code for the closed beta.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble, and apologies for the delayed reply - we were off over the weekend but we're back now.

    As the final beta for Sea of Thieves has ended at this point, we'll be locking this thread going forward.

    If you preordered digitally through Xbox, you won't receive a code. You would already be able to download it. It would either show up in your ready to install area or you'll need to search for it in the store.

    If you preordered it from a retailer, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance.
    I pre ordered online and I installed the pre order Sea of Thieves AND the pre ordered Sea of Thieves Closed beta. I have two Sea of Thieves in my Games folder now on Xbox One...and neither of them will let me in to the closed beta which started at 4am PST.
    So I assumed you needed a code, which I don't have.

    No, there's just been an issue with the beta and a lot of people are having it say they're trying to access it too early. If one of the downloads you have is the beta, then you don't need a code.

    Still not receiving the "Black Dog Pack"

    Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

    Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.
