Pre-ordered Recore with the special offer of receiving Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts for free ...

Was sent here from a chat session to tell my issue, which is all in the title. Not sure if I'm suppose to receive a code or if it will appear in my "ready to install" section on my Xbox One. Would love to get it all sorted out as soon as possible.

Have still not receieved Banjo Kazooie after pre-ordering Recore

I pre-ordered Recore from EB Games and was advertised that I would receive Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts. Was the code meant to be shipped with the game, emailed or messaged through xbox live? I still have not received the code and would like some assistance
on where I am supposed to find the code

Hey, guys! The code for Banjo Kazooie is sent out 7-10 days after you purchase the game. If you hit day 11 and still don't have your code, please post up a new detailed thread in here so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!
