Pre-ordered Quantum Break Xbox One, didn't get free games

Discus and support Pre-ordered Quantum Break Xbox One, didn't get free games in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I also have not received any of the codes like the OP.     Pre-Ordered Quantum Break for Xbox One, didn't receive Alan Wake's American Nightmare

    Hi,

    I have pre-ordered Quantum Break for Xbox One on March 22.

    But I didn't received the activate codes for Quantum Break Window 10 version, and
    Alan Wake's American Nightmare, yet.

    I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

    The whole reason I pre-ordered Quantum Break was for the free code for Alan Wake and it's DLC. Don't get me wrong, I am excited to play Quantum Break. But Alan Wake is one of my favorite games and I would love to play it again on Xbox One.

    On 2/19/2016 on the Microsoft Website, I pre-ordered Quantum Break For Xbox One for $59.99 and was supposed to receive the PC Download of the game for Windows 10 Free.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

    Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.
