    Hi,

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on 28th February 2016 and was promised to receive digital codes for the following content -

    1) Alan Wake + The Signal + The Writer

    2) Alan Wake's American Nightmare

    3) Windows 10 version of Quantum break

    I received today only the digital code for Alan wake's american nightmare edition after being told to wait for 7-10 days. Can you have a look into this issue and help me with getting codes for the other promised games?

    Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

    Pre Ordered Quantum Break on March 16th. I received Alan Wake code, but never got the code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

    The other codes are supposed to be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break was released. If you don't receive them after that time, you'll need to post here -

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break and never received a code for Alan Wake American Nightmare as well.
