    Pre ordered quantum break april 4th no code yet, i was reading on here if you PRE ORDERED and your account says april 5th is was completed you won't get a code? if so that's really terrible promotions going on here....

    If your purchase history states the order was placed on 4/5/2016, then we cannot guarantee that you will receive American Nightmare & Quantum Break for Windows 10. If you are able to provide a screenshot of an email arriving on the 4th, or a bank charge

    Did not receive Quantum Break Windows 10 Code

    Hey Rookboom,

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.

    Quantum Break Windows 10 Code

    Hey Aldazar83,

    If you purchased Quantum Break digitally after April 4th 2016, you will not be eligible for the Windows 10 code as that was specifically a pre-order offer. Since Quantum Break is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, purchasing Quantum Break on Xbox One after
    that date does not unlock the Windows 10 version.

    In order to receive this items, you would have needed to pre-order Quantum Break through the Xbox Store, or redeem a code for the digital version of Quantum Break before April 4th, 2016. When did you purchase/redeem Quantum Break? You can check the Microsoft
    Commerce     page to see the exact date.
