Discus and support pre-ordered Quantum Break and have not gotten my Alan Wake plus 2 DLC codes. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I've pre-ordered Quantum Break back in February and i got the Alan Wake American Nightmare code but not the ORIGINAL Alan Wake plus the 2 DLC with it....     pre-ordered Quantum Break and have not gotten my Alan Wake plus 2 DLC codes.


    I've pre-ordered Quantum Break back in February and i got the Alan Wake American Nightmare code but not the ORIGINAL Alan Wake plus the 2 DLC with it. my reference #

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses not received

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on 2/14/16 through the Xbox one game store and I received my code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare, but I have not received the codes for Alan Wake or my Quantum Break Windows 10 code.
