Pre-ordered QB from the MS Store, still haven't received AWAN, QB for Windows 10 or my $10 ...

Hello Xbox,

I pre-ordered Quantum Break online via the MS Store on April 1st. I don't usually pre-orders a game, but I love Remedy and I knew I would be getting the game regardless. Also, the pre-order deal was great.

I contacted the MS Store and the lady put me on hold to "check for the code." I don't know if she really did check because she didn't ask for any information. After she "checked," she told to contact Xbox Support for the game. I contact them, which I had
done before contacting the MS Store and again they tell me, to call the MS Store for support.

It's April 29th and I have yet to receive a thing,

No Quantum Break for Windows 10

No Alan Wake American Nightmare

No $10 Pre-Order Gift

What is going and who can help me?

No codes for pre-ordering Quantum break

So i pre-ordered Quantum break the day before the release and haven't received the codes for Alan wake, american nightmare, or the windows 10 version of QB.

It's been over two weeks now and still nothing. Are people still receiving codes or not?

Part of the reason i even bothered buying the game so close to release was for Alan wake which was my favorite game from the 360.

Quantum Break Code for Windows 10

Pre-ordered the QB LE Whit Xbox One bundle. I received the bundle on the 5th, and claimed the code a few days later the 7th, and I have yet to received the windows 10 code. Gamertag Soulgraber1992

Very sorry to hear about the issue, along with the frustrating experience so far. Did you order a game code, or the physical version? The physical disc copy does not include Windows 10 version of Quantum Break, as it was a digital pre-order exclusive.

Additionally, we are unable to fulfill $10 pre-order credit as well as the American Nightmare code as that is handled separately by the Microsoft Store, and

Microsoft Store Support is correct path to take to get those two codes.

I recommend reaching out again to receive those two codes, but please do keep us posted on how that goes. We definitely want to make sure this is sorted!

Don't hold your breath. Quite a few of us have been waiting weeks for various codes having bought Quantum Break as a pre order from the MS store. The missing codes relate to Alan Wake and American Nightmare as well as QB win 10 codes.

Hi germanc83. I pre ordered QB on 1st April. Came today and the Alan Wake codes were included in the box. American Nightmare will come 7 - 10 days after release of QB. Hope this helps.

Hi slowvik1. Amazon clearly showed on the QB page the AN had been changed as QB WA rated 16 whereas AN was rated 18.

As an AW fan I ordered via MS store and will be getting AN later this month.

I also have heard nothing so far regarding my QB preorder codes. Was told 7-10 days to receive them, it's going on 14 days and still no word...this is ridiculous.
