    Pre-ordered mw2 22. Today Microsoft says I need to buy it again


    I pre ordered mw2 2022 on xbox over 3 months ago. Played the beta and finished the campaign. Today when I tried to play it saidnI did not own the game even though it is fully downloaded on my xbox series x. Any solutions to this problem.

    Double check http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows that your order is complete. If you pre-ordered using a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they are not able to charge you at that time, the order is cancelled and you would need to purchase the game.

    As above, check the make sure the order shows as complete not cancelled/declined. If it shows as cancelled, you'll need to buy the game.

    I have pre-ordered MW2 and it won’t show up in my library. And if I go to the microsoft store and try and find it all it says is that i need to purchase the game again. Why is it doing this?
