Pre-Ordered Mafia 3 but can't play, thanks Microsoft!

The MS store states Mafia 3 will be available 10/6 2000 WTH. I would've bought a hard copy so I could trade it once beaten if I'd known ordering the digital really wasn't worth it!

I pre-ordered Mafia 3, Skyrim, and Watch Dogs 2, but still have not received the credits. The punch card is also only highlighted to two out of three, but shows I pre-ordered the three games. I'm just wondering when they will be deposited.

I'm having the same issue, I Pre-ordered Watch Dogs 2, Mafia 3 and Final Fantasy XV. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mafia 3 have "you Pre-ordered" underneath them but Final Fantasy doesn't even though I have downloaded it to my console already. My decision to Pre-order
Final Fantasy was influenced by this offer so I really want my points.

 

Acording to the store it is available 10/7/2016, which is today. It was available probably to pre download 10/6. Try again today, if you continue to have issues with not being able to play it, come back and let us know.
