    hello, i am from the UK and i pre-ordered Halo 4 through the amazon website, i was wondering if you could help me with a problem i have. I pre-ordered Halo 4 and played it before the 20th of Novemeber, 343 clearly stated that all gamers from Europe
    who pre-ordered the game received the specializations as a bonus, i havent received this bonus and wondered if you could help.

    Pre-Ordered Madden NFL18 and havent received any reward as stated.

    The preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits. The credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

    There is no offer that would award a pre-order of Madden 18 from May. The only similar offer would have been our Games on Demand offer currently running, but that only awards pre-orders made Since July, and also is only completed once you make three eligible
    purchases, as specified in the FAQ:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before its shown release
    date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Additionally, since you registered as a US Microsoft Account member, and created a US Rewards Account, only purchases in USD are eligible for Rewards. Since your purchases have been in a different regional currency they are not eligible for Rewards.

    Hey FlatPup58154344! If you made the pre-order of Madden 17 on a preview console, it will be treated as a true pre-order meaning you won't get charged until 10 days or less before the release date. At that time you should receive any pre-order bonus content.
    Please submit feedback on your console about this and if you have any other issues please post on the
