Pre ordered hogwarts legacy pre order upgrade?

I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

There's no upgrade option available for that game. You'd just have to cancel your current preorder and then preorder the deluxe edition.

Please try to manually search "Pre-order" in the Store if you can find the game to install to your console.

You're trying to load the series X version and not going to the digital deluxe page right? That's a bundle that grants you rights to both versions.

I would send you to the product webpage but that won't work until the game is live. You can also try installing via the Xbox app
