    Pre Ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition but not received Halo Wars Definiative Edition Code


    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition before 20/12/16 but have not yet received a code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition that is included in the bundle despite that part of the bundle being available for early access from the 20/12/16.

    Can you possibly help me?

    The codes started going out on the 20th and can take up to 7-10 days to receive. If you don't receive them after the 10 days, you'll need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum.
