    Pre ordered halo wars 2 December 21st still no code 20 days later


    I had pre ordered halo wars 2 on December 21st and had been told I would receive my code for The Definitive Edition of Halo Wars 7-10 days after I ordered. Well I waited over 10 days and still nothing I contacted support but they just told me give us some
    time for "holiday traffic" and I should receive it soon or atleast by the 11th of January but here I am and still have no code. I've been trying to be patient but been having a lot of issues with this lately. My friend ordered it a day before I did and he
    got his code the day after. I just want to be able to play the game i paid for. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me get my code so I can play today.

    i havent received my halo wars definitive edition code yet even though i pr ordered by the 14th

    i havent received my halo wars definitive edition code yet even though ive pre ordered the halo wars 2 ultimate edition on the 6th of December "but anyone who pre-ordered by December 14 should receive one today" that was posted on this website.
