Pre-Ordered Gold Edition of Ghost Recon and didn't get my 15,000 credits!!

I pre-ordered Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition. Paid $99.99 and it said I was suppose to get 15,000 credits. So, where are they? I called Xbox and they told me to come on here. So, can someone tell me who to contact so I can get my credits please??

Rewards not being reflected.

I purchased Resident Evil to get the one star by spending $50. That hasn't been reflected. I also pre-ordered Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Injustice 2 and the new Mass Effect for the 15,000 bonus credits - but that also is not reflected in anyway on my rewards
site. I pre-ordered those games via my Xbox. Help?

No pre-order punch-card rewards

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 Deluxe Edition, Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition, Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition all within the promotion window. I didn't receive the punch-card pre-order rewards rebate, and I don't see the rewards as pending on my
account.

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count as a punch in your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the 15,000
credits.
