    Pre ordered Ghost Recon deluxe on my xbox one, do i still get credit on the rewards program?


    Pre ordered Ghost Recon deluxe on my xbox one, do i still get credit on the rewards program? it shows you get 16,000 points for buying it and don't see it on my rewards page. it just wants me to buy it again.

    Credits not being deposit as stated!

    My pre-order rewards never get deposited.

    I pre-ordered a copy of Titan Fall 2 Deluxe Edition along with Gears Of War 4, and Ghost Recon: Wild Land. I received my credits for GOW4, but I haven't received the credits for Titan Fall 2. What should I do?

    Ghost Recon Wildlands Pre-Order Reward Credits Missing

    Hello, I pre-ordered the Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard edition the other day and never received my reward credits for doing so. Since then I have gotten a refund in hopes to get the credits added to my account so I can upgrade to the deluxe edition.

    Since you preordered it, it would count was a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 more eligible purchases to complete that offer and receive credit. In order to qualify for the Ghost Recon offer, you have to purchase the game as a physical
    disc from microsoftstore.com and it had to be purchased on or after March 7.

    The Ghost Recon offer is only for physical purchases off of the MicrosoftStore.com site, as Smwutches says. This is laid out in our FAQ for the offer. Your purchase went towards completing the Simply Rewarding offer as well as one punch on the Games on Demand
    punchcard.
