    Pre-Ordered Gears 4 Ultimate Edition But NO Season Pass!


    I pre-ordered the gears of war 4 ultimate edition from the xbox store. It however did not install the season pass but when i go back into the store it says owed underneath the season pass picture. I have looked and it does not appear in my games and apps
    when i go into manage all i can see is the del pack and no season pass. Please help i wanted the ultimate edition because of the season pass and don't want to pay £79.99 and only to get a standard edition of the game on release.

    Haven't recieved any content for Gears of War 4 UE

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved my in-game pre-order items or the launch content that comes with the season pass.

    I have 2 questions. Can you purchase the Gears of War 4 season pass after pre-orderering/purchasing the game? If not, how do I refund a purchase, the Gears of War 4 game, and purchase the Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4 that includes the season pass?

    Since Gears of War 4 doesn't launch until October 11, 2016, the best thing to do right now is hang tight until we get a bit closer to that date. If you still aren't seeing things as we get closer to October 11, then we can take a closer look.

    Gears Of War 4 Season Pass Cannot Be Downloaded

    Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition comes with the Standard Edition plus EARLY ACCESS and SEASON PASS. So by purchasing Gears Of War 4 Ultimate Edition you have already purchased the SEASON PASS as well. For more info:

    You pre ordered too early, I did the same with Doom, they added a season pass edition after I pre ordered. Did not make the same mistake with Gears 4. If they have not taken payment cancel and re order, if they have, phone support ask for a refund and re
