    HI Guys, a few months ago I pre-ordered Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Yesterday I went onto the xbox one for the first time in ages. I went to games and apps COD black ops 3 wasn't there! It wasn't in 'Ready to Install' as well. I then went to the Xbox store
    and looked up Call of Duty Black Ops 3. it then said pay $99.95. But I've bought it!! and i have prove that i made that purchase. I'm stuck! what do I do?

    good buy pre ordered xbox one and all the pre ordered games for Xbox I don't deal with companies that bait and switch

    Best thing is to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us    .

    They can verify that you paid for the game & refund you the money if there is some sort of issue.

    Those DLC's only come with the Xbox One Day One Edition, not by Pre-Ordering the specific game. Pre Order Xbox One Day One Edition and you will get all of those DLC's.
