Pre-ordered games not showing on punchcard

I have prevordered 4 games from the list of pre-order games to qualify for my reward of 15000 credits I have pre-ordered South Park Fractured but hole and Call of Duty WW2 as the punchcard shows but I have also pre-ordered Assisisans Creed origins and need
for speed payback, I can understand need for speed not registering yet but I should have received the reward from the other 3 games assisisans creed was in fact the first one I pre-ordered ages ago!

Please check this and sort it out for me

Mass Effect Pre Order not recognized

I pre ordered Mass Effect Andromeda on Jan 9th and it still is not showing in the XBOX Rewards punchcard

My punchcard

My punchcard is only showing 2 out of 3 pre-orders,I've pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 but it's not showing up and I have only 1 day left?

Keep in mind that in order to qualify the games have to be preordered during the offer period. If you preordered Assassin's Creed before October 1, it would not be eligible.

Only pre-orders during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since your pre-order of Assassin's Creed was made months before the current Games on Demand had been created, it was not eligible for this offer. Also, keep in mind that it takes us up
to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. We recently processed your Need for Speed purchase made a few days ago, and the offer has now completed.

Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process purchase information. Since you purchased your pre-order yesterday, it is too early for us to see this transaction. If you purchased this title as a pre-order, it should show up as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.
Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.
